Who are we?

Energy Shares is an innovative fintech equity crowdfunding platform focused on utility-scale renewable energy investments in the US. We are a FINRA registered broker dealer with our corporate office located in Pasadena, California.

What do we believe?

We believe in democratizing renewable energy investments, traditionally reserved only for institutional and accredited investors and private equity funds. We believe that global climate change is an existential threat to all life on earth, and we seek to do everything in our power to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy and other solutions to combat this threat.

For as little as $500, Energy Shares provides individual, company and trust investors the opportunity to participate in the funding of renewable energy projects in the United States.

We’ve set out to democratize renewable energy investments by creating a crowdfunding platform that enables developers to raise capital from a diverse group of investors.

Direct access to renewable energy ownership

Energy Shares is a FINRA registered broker dealer. Through private placements under Reg CF, Reg A, or Reg D, Energy Shares provides direct access to equity ownership in renewable energy project development companies. Historically, these investments were reserved only for institutional, accredited investors and private equity funds. By opening up renewable energy investments to the investing public, we seek to accelerate the deployment of renewable energy.

Active project management

We don’t just stop at capital raises. Once a renewable energy project is funded, Solariant Capital, Energy Shares’ parent company, with over 10 years of renewable energy development experience, continues to work with the issuers and developers. Solariant helps to manage the project development and the project company on behalf of the investors.
